The Buteyko course consists of five sessions, each lasting an hour and a half, for consecutive days usually Monday to Friday. Children's courses are usually run separately from adults. For people who live a long distance away, and for younger children, weekend courses are sometimes available.

COURSE COSTS

The course fee is payable on the fourth day of the course, so you can try the Buteyko method before you pay. Once you have attended a course you can return and repeat the whole course or part of it, at no further cost. People with chronic asthma, severe asthma, lung damage, etc, may need to do more than one course, but they don't pay extra for this.
Courses are held in Cheshire, Derbyshire, The Peak District, Staffordshire, Manchester, Stockport, and The Lake District.

HOME EDUCATION PACK

If you are unable to get to a course, please phone me on 01625 575743 and discuss whether the Home Education Pack would be suitable for you. It is usually suitable for people with mild to moderate asthma.It costs £60.
